Redesign the cover and win cool stuff!

I've had a blast with this amazing tour by Eleni from LaFemmeReaders! She has amazingly organized the whole thing seamlessly and I owe her tons of thanks! :) Reviews from bloggers are also forthcoming  until all the girls read the book that's going from place to place and will be a nice segue into the sequel. Shortly, I'm going to be posting information if you are interested in participating in the ARC tour of The Sapphire Talisman in November where you'll get your own copy of the book! I'll open it up to 5 international reviewers as well.

Here's the last few posts we had in the tour!

Posts 5, 6 & 7 on the tour

Goodness, I got behind on posting my guest posts. It's been quit a busy month wrapping up TST and doing interviews. Squeee... good news...TST is almost finished! Only a few more chapters left.

Post 5 was at Voracious Appetite with Kris. My guest post is here and her review is here. Kris asked really great questions and I  needed to do a little research for some of them, including who I'd cast for TET. I came up with two really yummy guys for Nicholas and Phil (and a sweetie for Julia).

Post 6 was at Lauren's Crammed Bookshelf with Lauren (here). Lauren did her research as well. She also had me hunt down a theme song for TET. I enjoyed the interview tremendously!

Post 7 was with Yara at Once Upon a Twilight (here). Yara's had the privilege to read the book before the interview, so she asked specific questions to the writing.

I also had a very cool Vblog spot with Jen, a wonderful blogger and friend at Extreme Book Reviews. Check it out!

Talisman's are Here!

Well, they are almost here. This is the mock-up necklace.
If there's enough interest, we'll have them made for purchase.
It was hard to find a true trillion cut stone, so these are a
tiny bit rounded, but I still love them all the same.
So, I'm so thrilled. Didn't they turn out awesome?

I wanted to get feedback for anyone interested in getting
their own vampire protecting talisman. They'll be
$14 plus $2.50 for shipping. My designer needs
to order the stones so there's enough in stock.
ORDER HERE

If you click on the picture, you can get a closer view.

For Christmas, there will be a box set, necklace and book.
Also, for the sequel, there will be a BLUE talisman to
match the book as well. Please leave me a comment
and reserve your necklace today! I'll be setting up
a place to order them in the next few days.
First come first serve.

PS. This is MY talisman...hehe

Stop 4 - Being Extreme with Jen

For my stop today, I am happy to visit Jen at Extreme Reader Book reviews who so kindly sent me this amazing care package this week (with 2 kinds of Book Thongs matching TET and TST). I never get to do IMM posts because I don't do reviews or get books from publishers (other than my own usually).

This week, I scored. Not only did I get this amazing package with good luck presents and Hunger Games, but I also received Knight Angels by Abra Ebner, and Arson by Estevan Vega.

ArsonKnight Angels: Book One: Book of Love

Woot!

So, for my tour, Jen hosted me and did an amazing post with a EXCLUSIVE excerpt from The Sapphire Talisman! Check it out!

Thanks Jen for the fabu post!

Stop 3 - chatting with Kate

The Neverending Shelf is my third stop on my book blogger tour. Kate asked some great questions and some hard questions too. If you'd like to check it out, you can click HERE. Leave a comment to thank her for her support of The Emerald Talisman. It's greatly appreciate by me!

Have a great weekend!

Hanging with Sherry - Blog Stop 2

Flipping Pages for all ages Today I hung out with Sherry at Flipping Pages for All Ages for stop #2 on my wild blog tour. And can I just point out her lovely banner matches my site perfectly! :D

She asked me my top 5 vampire book favorites. If you want to know what they are... check out the post HERE

Also, I made my countdown button for The Sapphire Talisman, so if you'd like to keep track of when the release is happening, the code can be found HERE.

Thanks everyone! I write for you!

Ultimate fangirlness

Beyond a tattoo, I don't know a deeper sign of a fan than for one to have a shirt made with your book cover (complete with my signature). Rhonda asked if she could get a shirt airbrushed of the cover and of course I said 'sure', but I had no idea what that would entail. My mouth is still gaping open. Isn't this amazing? Three cheers to the airbrusher! (But then should I be afraid they can copy my signature so well?) Thanks Rhonda for sharing this with me! I'm still speechless.

Also, I started my fabu blog tour yesterday hosted by Eleni of LaFemmeReaders. My first post was an interview hosted on Bookworking in the 21st century yesterday by Kristen. Check it out and give her a comment :)

And, I got a 5 star review from Monster of Books by Maura. I'm still smiling from ear to ear on this one! Every Monday should start out so wonderful!

Okay back to The Sapphire Talisman before I get beat over the head with a stick by my editor.

Hugs, Brenda
