I know exactly how you feel. I do most of my writing on the commute to and from work while my husband is driving. It's my 3 hours of daily sanity. My home life is soooo not conducive to anything that requires a thought pattern. My 6 nieces and nephews just moved in with me in January, and while I love them to pieces, they are insane! I wonder who they got that from? :-)

I am so glad I stumbled across your blog and your mermaid book! You're such a real, honest person and you write mermaid fiction? Love it!
ReplyDeleteI just read Everblue and LOVED IT! I read it in one day and thought it was beautifully written. The character's emotions and feelings were so realistic and the romance between Ash and Fin was paced well. Some books push relationships too fast but that wasn't the case in this book.

There are so many things I want to ask I don't even know where to begin!!! I'm going to have to come back with a list!! But for now, what's your favorite part about writing? How long does it take you to finish your books?
Im a new writer myself and Im desperate for knowledge :)

Thanks Everyone for such great comments. Totally warms my heart. There should be a few more books after Everblue, including a Novella from Tatchi's point of view. The cover is already in the works and it's... gorrrrgeoussss! If your a member of my fanclub, you'll get to see it first! Plus be in on contests and other fun stuff!
